Mortgage Broker - RMLO
Hi! I feel like I've been in the mortgage business my entire life. My mom was a mortgage broker since the '80's. Think loud dot matrix printers, no fax, no email, and rates were at 22%!! I spent lots of summers helping her at the office. I've since graduated with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1994. Then I decided to completely change paths, and moved to Austin, Texas in 1995 to attend Film School at UT Austin graduating in 1997 with a BS in Tv&Film. After working in film for several years, I decided to join the family business because business was BOOMING!! Eventually my mother retired, and I took over the business completely as the owner and broker of Independent Mortgage in 2010. I've made it through the worst economic disaster in 2008 while most brokers shut down by adapting to the changes in the lending world, and always looking out for my clients' best interests! I'll be your advocate for life, not just for one transaction. In case you're wondering, yes I'm working on a script for a television series too. Balance is the key to life! Call me for a complete financial assessment before you start house hunting.
Independent Mortgage was originally formed in 1996 in Rockwall, Texas by Masoumeh Amini. In 2000, Pash Amini joined her mother in the family business as a Loan Originator. In 2010, Pash took over the business from her retired mother, and became the Broker of Record for the Austin Branch of Independent Mortgage.

A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim. For more information about the recovery fund, please consult the department's website at www.sml.texas.gov.
